yes thats right on the side of i-35, on my xb the driver side rear wheel, 2 of my studs broke off due to improperly torqued lug nuts.so im stranded in ames overnight until my box is fixed... im tryin to get to wyoming to go back to school.

that sucks had something simmilair happen a couple of weeks ago, not tighnted enough or to much?

my guess is too loose, that vibrated off and snapped the studs

yep id have to agree with you on that one, did you get pulled over to the side of the road before it fell off? That happened to me in my 94 jeep wrangler it was lifted 3 inches and and 33 inch tires, i got pulled over quick enough i cant imagine what would have happened it the wheel would have fallin off. Let me know if you need anything ive got a couple of friends in ames i could get ahold of if ya need it.

im glad to say my car is fixed, im goin to pick it up right now, i just hope i get to wyoming safely now.

Well I'm glad you got it fixed up man!

Sorry I didn't see this before. We could've hung out at the Ames High post prom party (I had some cars out there I had to keep tabs on).
