400-500 miles and mine came on.. that was with the megan header though.

installed the anti-foulers.. 200 miles later it came on again..

reset the ECU, 300 miles later it came back.

finally I reset the ECU one last time and now it's been off for about 7,000 miles.

3 minute vid of my car with AW header, Injen SRI and stock exhaust. I have since replaced the stock resonator with a larger Magnaflow unit to eliminate all of the rasp. It now sounds basically stock other than the intake which is now in CAI config.

where did you get/order your magnaflow resonator?? whats the size/measurement?? are there different sizes also for magnaflow resonators?? cuz i hear a lot of people here has magnaflows.

So, a larger resonator--such as your magnaflow, will actually make it go back to stock sound(no rasp), not louder irritating noise?? hows your piping, did you change it also or is it stock??

I have K&N CAI, AW header, stock s-pipe, stock cat & resonator, and HKS hi-power axle-back exhaust--> and its hella loud on high RPM, but i can control it in low RPM and it sounds good.

I will bo mostly like your Set-Up, except i have a HKS Axle Back. So I will be Injen CAI, AW Header, HKS Hi-Power Axle Back, and eventually TRD SuperCharged.

My local muffler shop had the resonator in stock. Its a 30" long with a 4" diameter, but any resonator 22" or larger will eliminate the rasp. Check with your local muffler shop and see what they have in stock. It doesnt have to be a Magnaflow part, but if you can get one use it as its results are proven.

So, a larger resonator--such as your magnaflow, will actually make it go back to stock sound(no rasp), not louder irritating noise?? hows your piping, did you change it also or is it stock??

My car is still louder than stock but there is no more rasp. with your exhaust system, it will still be just as loud, but with no more of the raspiness in the 3500-4500 RPM range. All the muffler shop did to install the part was to cut out the stock resonator and some extra papipng to accept thge larger part, weld it in place and fabricate new hangers for it. Total cost for parts and install was $105.

I have K&N CAI, AW header, stock s-pipe, stock cat & resonator, and HKS hi-power axle-back exhaust--> and its hella loud on high RPM, but i can control it in low RPM and it sounds good.

for the guys who's cell kept coming back even after the O2 simulator installed-----> did you get the code scaned? If so what did it say? I'm asking this b/c I installed my AW headers and the simulator and about 800 miles later I get the cell and it's saying something about the cat.
