Ok... I'm at work and all I have here is PS Elements.... so I did this in a couple minutes and it sucks but it should give you an idea. (the wheels are bigger because I had to cover the wheels on the BSP tC)

Maybe they just look bigger because of the black car. I dont think they look bigger than an 18 though.
