Turbo xB install photos
Ok, I am sure most of you have seen this and not sure if the moderators here, want to make this a sticky or not. But, here are the photos of when I did the install on my xb. It shows you how I did the fuel return, as well as tapped for the oil return and other misc things. Hopefully this will help people out.
Also, if you backtrack through my site to the gallery, you can see install phots on the tC that I did a turbo on as well as my current project that is a '94 Supra TT.
There will also be install photos of the Greddy supercharger install on an xB in the near future as well.

Did that kit come with bigger injectors or did you get bigger ones for it? If so didyou have any problems with matching the injectors up to the new fuel rail? Someone said you had to machine the injectors so they would fit right with a new rail, this is just what i read, just wondered.

That kit did NOT come with larger injectors. Larger injectors were done seperately. I also did NOT have to machine the rail or the injectors. The injectors were a direct fit. I actually used injectors from a Ford Contour SVT. If you use the RC injectors, those have to be machined.

The flow on the ones I used were 310cc I believe. The only other injectors that I know of that you can use without having to machine anything are the Celica GTS injectors or the ones that turbonetics uses for the tC turbo kit.
Cool thanks for the good info. Once iget my Greddy SC in i would like to upgrade my injectors and fuel rail, but i dont know where locally thats good to have them machined. So i wanted somthing that would match right up, but not to high flow for what im doing. But looking forward to seeing your other installs and if you got any other advice or good info please throw it my way. thanks.
thats the TSI kit... i think that kit is lacking in many places. Im not going to get into it but just look at the intake hose into the airbox... questionable.... dont you think??? Flexible hose?? I dont think so, id rather use PVC

does the ford contour SVT injector look like this?
will the inlet fit the stock fuel rail? coz the stock injector seems to have a smaller inlet size...
Yes, I used the SVT injectors. Its been a while, but I believe that I used a smaller oring on the rail side, pulled the plastic off the tip, and disgarded the lower oring to use the factory grommet.

the ford SVT injectors were a perfect fit on the 1NZ-FE. but the 2 pin connector is kinda different and unable to fit the stock wiring clips.
any workaround?
