i dont know if there already is one or what but i havent heard of a scion club for the valley or anywhere below san antonio or houston... if there is one, where is it located and if there isnt.... does anyone live in the brownsville/harlingen/mcallen area that would like to start one?

That would be freaking awesome, and we can get together sometimes too, Nance is always out there and I"m out there a couple times a year...well sort of, I got to Matamoros, but the valley is just a hop skip and SWIM away :P

i think it would be awesome but i REALLY dont want to be the founder or leader or whatever you call it.... im kinda new to this whole thing and im not good at organizing stuff.... i just thought it would be cool for us valley folk to get together with our scions sometime... i live about an hour west of mcallen.... but with the way i drive i can get there in 45 min....... if someone wants to organize a meet or something to talk about a club.. im up for it

we will keep you updated when someone is up for it....
whenever you see someone ask them about joining with you...and on and on.....just picking them up......its fun....

if i was u i would talk to the dealerships around an see whats going on with anything about scion in general? and going to local hang outs where imports meet out that way. i know killen is a while away but has its hang out spots. an elpaso is way off but has its dealership on the grind already with things going on. check into that. an as for a big scion show coming in may hit up htown.

hey shia.. you should try to make it out to Prince's tonight and meet the crew so you can figure out if you wanna be a part of our team....!! We love new members and our initiations are AWESOME! *lol* you will never be normal afterwards.... you'll pretty much be scikotic...(at least a little... honest)

i wish i could make it out there but i work everyday soo i dont think i'll ever be able to make it out to the meets :( maybe i'll meet some of you guys at the UH meet.

The website is pretty much just for Scikotics. The only reason it is like that is because certain people like to bring stuff they read over there back over here to start drama.

y bring it back over here when u cant even voice your opinions over here really without being locked up? i use scionlife to basically see whats going on throughout tx an to see whats coming up around the states. as well as tech information.

It's cool to have a club that joins together. Matters not if it's in person or on the forum, the Scikotics club is a pretty interesting club and never a dull moment. :bow:

yo just found this thread sorry i didnt reply sooner!! There's already a Balliztik Scions chapter down here. its a branch off of the south cali club that has been featured in dozens of magazines and online articles.

Our chapter is currently working on getting sponsorship from Frank Smith Scion. We also have a very nice relationship with Hooters and they will block off portions of the parking lot for us if we tell them we're coming, and they let us use the hooter girls for photoshoots.

we are also talking to the budweiser plant here.
