2 Din DVD player any good for carpc?

I was looking at this 2 DIN DVD/cd/mp3 player to replace my stock headunit. It seems cool since it can play dvds, AM/FM, tv tuner. I see that the resolution is 1200 x 234. I was wondering if this would be suitable for connecting to a carpc (via the video out connection).

Im just gonna say that you get what you pay for. I would NOT buy this cheap junk.

no matter what that will look like **** for a carpc since there is no VGA input. You're going to be losing a ton of clarity and resolution because of that.

For that price how bad could it possibly be? I know its not going to be award winning clarity and quality, but to get by till you can afford better, you dont have to much to lose.
