I was just wondering what everyone traded in on thier vehicles. Please post year, make, model, and approx. mileage.

I traded a 2004 Solara SLE V6 with about 3000 miles. Girlfriend called me crazy!

I also had a customer trade in a 2004 Dodge 2500 4x4 Pickup with a Turbo Deisel engine with about 6000 miles on it. He said that his neighbors were complaining because he also has another Dodge 3500 dually deisel and he was clogging the streets.

2001 Toyota Camry LE (4-Banger). Traded it in @48,000miles. Owed $8700, Trade in Value @ CarMax was $10000 :shock: . Positive Equity woohoo!! The left over, lowered the amount finance on the Box.

I traded in my gas guzzler '97 Toyota Landcruiser Limited. My dream ride in high school, but when I saw the box, I knew I had to have it. Love the unique shape of it. :D

'94 Saturn SC2 87K on it ... it was either trick it for autoX or get the xB (baby on the way made my decision ... needed something with 4 doors) A salesman at the dealership ended up buying it himself ... pretty cool.

Also traded a '96 Chevy S-10 extended cab with 148K on it ... engine in that thing (Vortec V6) was absolutely incredible ... I'll miss it for sure. I wouldn't doubt if the engine gave the next owner 250K plus ... the tranny on the other hand had already been replaced twice ... which is weird because reviews on it are exactly opposite.

2000 ECHO with a tad over 50,000 miles. It was actually a lease, not a trade but still felt like chiming in. :D

Heck, I was preparing myself for the Box and didn't even know it. :lol:

Never found myself doing this in the xB, but there were several times in the Echo where I look thru the steering wheel at night and thinking "OH CRAP, the instrument lights went out... Oh never mind, they're up there in the middle... :oops: "

Didn't trade anything. Went in with the intention of retiring my SVO to weekend project car status. But now I'm selling the SVO...so I guess in a sense I "traded" the SVO for the xB.

I traded in my 1993 Volkswagen Cabriolet convertable. I had 186,000 miles on it. I purchased the car three years ago for $4,300.00 and had doubled that amount with repairs. I was now looking at spending $2,000.00+/- for a new top/hardware. So I traded it for a brand new 2004 Release Series 1.0, #1973 of 2100 Scion xB. Best trade I have ever made! :D

2002 WRX sportswagon. I got nesarly 1000 dollars over the bluebook value considering I needed brakes and rotors bad. I love my XB but I def. miss the power of my wrx.

2001 HONDA CIVIC EX COUPE - LOADED (NO RIMS), had 50,000miles on it, no damage. They gave me $10,000. The CIVIC was a POS that I applied for LEMON LAW status on, but they wouldn't declare it a lemon. I like this car 10x better.

didnt trade, sold my wifes 1991 acura integra....had all the basic go fast goodies u can think of, lowered etc

140 thou ++ miles on it, STILL sold for almost 3 thousand.....oil ALL over the engine, AND the buyer looked at the motor too boot!...o well its been 2 mos, and the acura is still runnin for em 8)

2000 s-10 xtreme with 43,000 miles. I actually lost a 1000 on the trade-in, gotta love that american depreciation. Was well worth it for my camo xb.

HA!! I got you all beat! The oldest and most mileage! 1985 Mercedes 300 SD with 221,800 miles on it!! :D And to top it off, dealer gave me $1000 for the rust bucket!! :P

traded my bottlefed se-R (hense my name) for the xb. That thing was bad, check engine light on, ebrake light stuck on, head leaking oil, brakes out, clutch out and paint chipped, and an engine running nitrous hard for 5 years, haha I love the xb tho

Dam, I should have kept the fog lights from mine. Those things were bright. :D

Got EVERY option on truck available - EXCEPT no leather seats. Gorgeous truck!!
Two tone - Dark Blue - Silver.
4.7L V8 - auto - 3.55 gears

22,343 miles.

:twisted: FAST!!! :twisted: I loved this truck. Killed Mustang GTs regularly.
12.88 et 1/4 mile.

The reason for the trade. . . . GAS mileage. Really sucked.
10 - 13 mpg city . . . 15 - 16 hwy.

First tank in xB I got 33 mpg.

I got some looks with the Quad Cab. . . I get MORE looks and :D with the Box!

1998 wrangler sahara edition, with aftermarket convertible hard top and 32 inch BFG's. :P i do missthe 4x4 but i LOVVEEE my box!!

Will be a 2003 PT Cruiser with 30,000 miles. Should get exactly what I owe or just over for the trade. Will be glad to see the PT go... tons of style, but seems DaimlerChrysler doesn't view the quality factor as being as important as the style factor.

Parents bought my 1999 camry 4cyl with 52000mi for 9000 from me and I got my Xb. I also have a 95 camry V6 coupe and would like to trade it in for another Xb so I would have matching Xb's for me and my wife, thats how much i like the Xb.

:( I sold my 1995 Nissan 240sx SE with JDM sr20det.....Then got my 05' Thundercloud 5spd Box.... Read my sig..... I live in Cali and drive almost 45 miles each way (work and back)....and my 240 only got 23mpg and cost about $30+ a tank for premium.... So i decided the responsible thing would be to sell it and get a bigger, roomier car that got bettr gas mileage.

was GOING to trade in my '94 del sol (b18c1 powerd) until they were gonna give me like 300 bucks for it... love my box (although it's at antwerpen toyota in MD getting a new engine.... see blew up my xb yesterday) but i really miss being able to rev to 9500 rpm...

No Trade. I sold my 2000 Ford Focus SE for 7k!! I owed 6k, So it all worked out! the dealer only wanted to give me 5,500 for it- I was like "Im not giving you $500 to take this car off my hands". I only had to wait two week to sell it and profited 1k!! My 2005 TCM xB MT is on its way!!

2000 chevy s10 ext cab with a V6 auto that was upside down acording to the blue book by about 1500$ after 2 1/2 years of payments and 40k on the OD droped the truck befor it broke down on me anymore

Very sad day for me after 15 years of faithful service.

A 1999 Chevy Malibu with 61,000 miles on it. It was just tinted all around with a kenwood cd player.
Love the customized xb better. :D
