Whats the biggest intercooler you can fit without actually having to cut the front bumper?

 

Core Size: 22"x5.5"x2.5"
Inlet OverAll Size: 27"x5.5"x2.5"Inlet.

Will this intercooler size work well with the Stage 0. Will the bumper need to be cut?

 

the front bumper or the re-bar(re-enforcement bar)? looking at the dimensions, it should fit fine in theory, but i will let the other guys on here answer that one. my intercooler is 31x12x3 inlet to outlet, tube and fin design(not installed yet). too damn big imo. i want one similar to your specs but i want one in a bar and plate design instead of tube and fin.
