This may have been posted but I saw nothing specifically realted to this when I did the search. I'm getting some new 18" rims put on my xB (whenever it arrives) but I've heard people say that 18 inch rims is hard on your transmission so it voids your warranty. I'm not going to go crazy modding it out...I think I'm going to just stick with the wheels, and maybe the TRD exhaust for a bit more power, but dont want to do anything that will void my warranty. Also is it true that these 18 inch rims will be harsh on my transmission?

The dealers all sell factory available TRD (Racing Hart) 18" Rims on the Scions, so it is highly unlikely that any 18" wheel would void your warranty...

We Just threw the TRD 19's on our XB and you cant really notice a difference in shift points or transmission roughness. Ill have pics up later
