Waiting to pick up tC. Have a question...
Car is at the dealership right now, they are waiting to receive the 18s that I ordered to go with it when I bought it. My question is: do I get get keep the original wheels/tires also? I mean, I did pay for them right??

We don't give credit on wheels so the customer is always welcome to take their OE stuff with them.

Well, I taked to the salesman in the afternoon after I posted this question and he told me that I don't get the original rims/tires back, which I personally think is BS since the damn sticker price on the window says that it comes with the 17s and I paid extra to get 18s on there..... I'm not leaving that damn place without those wheels unless they show me paperwork signed by me saying that they aren't mine. bbcrud is a dealer so I'm going to take his word that the damn original wheels are mine and I'm going to fight for the damn things (those things aren't exactly cheap).
On the question about getting the original deck back, I think that you are out of luck since that is an upgrade that is installed at the port and not a dealer install, correct me if I'm wrong fellas.

Good luck in getting the wheels.
As for the deck, first, it depends on where in the country you live. In some areas, the decks are installed at the port, in others, like mine, they are installed at the dealer. However, that's all really moot because the $260 is only an upgrade, not a new stereo. The dealer/port can return the old deck for credit because it is brand new, and that's why it doesn't cost you $400 plus. If you want to upgrade to the iPod connection after you've owned the car for a while, you'll be charged over $400 because the dealer cannot get a credit on your old stereo because it isn't new. Make sense?

I pre-ordered my tC and I had the option to not take the car if I didn't like it since they didn't even have one for me to try out. I would see if you can just not accept delivery (IF THERE ISN'T A PENALTY) and then go to another dealer who is willing to give you your rims.
