To say the least I was very disappointed, the car was all stock as it seemed, stock exhaust, sounded stock too.

Yea, I got an auto, I popped full throttle and dropped to about 2nd and this guy was just totally getting away from me, i felt like an idiot. lol

Umm, I dont race people, We were on a road where the speed limit is 65 and its an uphill road and I could not pass him. Its not like we were on a little street where we could get hurt. Watch who you call a dipsh!t buddy. I dont like insurance rates as much as the next guy, but thats not why they are so high. It's idiots that don't know how to drive that make the rates go up.

1.) you have an automatic..no matter how hard you mash the pedal to the floor, you're still at the mercy of the ECU as far as throttle/gear shifting. Not great for accelerating, specially cuz you can't rev up to redline.
2.) those 80's hondas are LITE as heck and can really be quik, probably a 5 speed.
3.) if he really blew your doors off that bad i doubt it was a USDm Honda motor in there...probably JDM h22 or b series
4.) if he came up from behind you, he may have been making a run on you and just had it timed properly.... I don't know, just trying to make you feel better here.

around here it's not called wreckless driving....it's phrased "exhibition of acceleration". The speed doesn't matter as much as how quickly you accelerate.

A cop pulled me over for "Exhibition of Speed" before, but he didnt give me a ticket, just to scare me I guess. He said he caught me "Grinding" through the gears off a stop-light. lol.

You say you don't drive recklessly yet you race another car on public streets instead of at a track. Sounds pretty reckless to me :ponder: :loser:

i have noticed a trend...anyone saying "its not a big deal" is under 21...hmmm...
im just as competative as the next guy. but what would happen if there was a kid in the back seat that you didnt see. then when you "try to pass him up a hill" the honda driver loses control hits something and the kid is hurt or worse...just slow down..i mean really no1 else gives two $hits how fast you car can go. and its an automatic to boot....give me abreak.

Conversely, some of the Worst/most dangerous drivers I see are Old people who drive at or below the speed limit, but don't follow any other rules of the road, Eg. turn signals.

Not everyone who drives fast is a bad/dangerous driver, though some are. Many people just get ____ed off when someone blows by them because they wish they could do the same thing in their minivan. EVERYONE in the entire world has broken the speed limit at one point or another.

Im pretty sure you cant get a ticket for accelerating to quik if your not exceeding the speed limit, unless you were doing something stupid while gettin to it like burning tires or sumthin. just my thought, could be wrong though

yup. COps are basically Pigs with insurmountable power. they can basically give you a ticket for whatever they damn well please. Then its up to YOU to take a day off of work and spend the time and money to fight it. And even when u do fite it, the whole system is biased against young drivers and basically assumes your guilty anyway..so you're basically up against an impenetrable instiution of corruption.

ya it seems you have a scewed vision of what an officers job is. its to protect ppl. now when a d-bag thinks his $17,000 economy car is a race car and endangers peoples lives...the officer has to protect the other motorists. think of it this way....everytime you see someone pulled over, that officer could have just saved your life cause that guy might has cause an accident that you get hurt or killed in. so just drop the pig and biased and the system is agaisnt me BS, it makes you sound irgnorant/immature.
