Default Advice on Lip/Victim of Ice Storm

I had a bit of bad luck and i need some advice. This winter Greenville, SC had an ice storm. That probably isnt a big deal to a lot of people but down here we dont get so many and the trees really had a hard time with it. Well I was innocently driving down the road and a giant limb falls out of a tree and barely misses my hood, and im going like 35 and I run over it. It was big enough to reach up to the lip and pop the grill out and the flex sort of ripped the lip. So check out the pictures and tell me what my options are. Can I a) get it fixed somehow or should I b) just go ahead and get a new one. I don’t really want to get one from scion if I have to replace it, so are there any aftermarket ones that wont look totally crazy without the rest of the kit? I have heard the kenstyle one might work but what do you guys think? Thanks for your help!

I honestly think you could go either route. Some fiberglass and bondo could fix that right up. However once you do that it might be about the same price as a new one. Its def fixable.

Any ideas on how much one from the dealership is? i would love an aftermarket one but then i would need to paint it and i really dont have much money to work with. Even if i go the bondo/fiberglass route i would still need to repaint it right? Thanks guys for your replies, i really do appreciate it.

I can't imagine patching and painting would be more than $300

www.newscionparts.com buy a trd japan lower lip spoiler it comes pre painted from the factory , yeah its alittle different but its still a scion patt and not an aftermarket so you know it will fit plus it will add a little sportier look. they cost like $ 300.00
