Default best header and no rasp? help

I want to put a header on my car but do not want rasp. I have the draxas spipe back exhaust w/ the resinator. The megan header seems too cheap to be a good product and the MMW .. I already have the spipe so I dont want to get another one. Can someone help me in picking out the right header?

The megan header has a lifetime warranty and is very well made. I'm not sure what it sounds with exhaust though, I still have the stock S-pipe, midpipe, and axle back.

i can attest to whocares mmw setup. sitting in a parking lot revving there is some rasp evident. Under load though (aka accelerating), the rasp is very little to none. Alot of this has to do with 2 18" resonators that he has installed in the catback. I liked his setup so much that I'm buying and installing it off of his car tommorow afternoon :-D

It's the version 2 header (without a cat), it doesn't sound much different with the stock s-pipe and catback. Maybe slightly louder over 5,000 RPMs but you can't hear it over the intake.
