not done cleaning up, just too tiring doing this, my dremel isn't cooperating too! just test fitting right now.

thanks guys, but it doesn't really look good in person.you can even tell in the pics that the curve are flawed.
plexi and dremel does not go together if done freehand(like I did), I made lots of chips and over eating to the plexi.
lol, I even doesn't have a main idea when I was doing it, I just wanted a scion logo as a grille and started cutting til I came up with this.
very time consuming, and one mistake plexi will brake.

 

Ain't nobody puttin' a ruler to it, just an eye! And it looks good to me!

 

Maybe you could do one out of wood may not be as efective but still look good and would be easyer to work with. Just a thoght. Props on doing it and trying something diff.

its just a box that I made, then put a hole on the strock lid.
