Default Help me! My Steering!!!

Ok, well i've had the hotckis sway bars and TRD springs in for about a month now and i've realized something. When i'm driving on completely smooth surfaces and roads, my wheel feels ok, nice and firm. Yet, once the road gets kinda bumpy, the car's wheel seems to get all loose. it doesn't feel like it has resistance and it's response isn't too good either, even just going straight. And then sometimes when i slow down to come to stops, the wheel gets all loose and kinda moves left and right a little. Someone told me it could be the steering rack bolts and stuff, but i just wanted to get some feedback from you guys before i have it looked at. Could this be the only cause? Thanks

Did you remember to tighten the steering rack bolts back to spec?

No, i had a shop do the install, but i'm really not sure what they did or didn't do. What is the spec for them? I probably have to take it back and tell them exactly what to tighten it to.
