Default Need Help with questions about bazooka tube!

Hello, this is my first post and I am in need of some help. I just picked up my new 2k6 xB today and its amazing . The question I have is I have my bazooka tube from my old car and was wondering if anyone has hooked up a 10" bazooka b4 in a xB? I searched everywhere and all I see is 8", I went out and it sticks out which I knew it would. Now does anyone know the best way to set it up? I guess I might have to turn it instead of letting it stick straight out. If anyone has anything to throw in like if it will even work, please fill me in before I go on with this. Thanks!

PS: It is a RS model 150watt.

What?

Correct me if you are wrong, but bonger is talking about a swap on the whole tube, and not just the speaker, correct?

Just turn the tube like you said, firing at either the driver or passenger side rear panels. It won't be quite a much bass as firing to the rear, but it will get the job done for you. Easy as that no big issues what so ever. Hope this helps.

K sounds good, just wanted to make sure i wouldnt hit anything under the car when i place it down with ties or whatever I use . Any ideas about wiring it up? My friend that knows a lot bout it says that he could tap into the rear speaker or something..will that work? Or will I need a part or harness?

Well if you still have the plug that comes with the bazzoka tube, you should be alright using the rears for a high level in for a signal and you will also need a 10 awg power kit to run it. Just make sure if you screw the tube down with straps or brackets, that you make sure you dont hit the spare tire.

Just like pro said its pretty straight foward with the plugs that come with the tube and either start the screw's,pull the cover off and cut them so they dont hit the spare or get shorter screws good luck!
