Default Gauge Tap

This is probably a newbie-ish question. But for any of you out there with the Greddy SC, what line are you tapping to hook up your boost gauge? I'd figure it'd be the vaccum line on the throttle body side, but wasn't sure, on my old car I had tons of choices to tap off of. Any help would be appreciated...

Also, does anyone know what the best way is to tap for oil pressure? On my old car greddy made a great sending unit that bolted between the oil filter and the oil filter outlet it was a major ease to install...

Thanks!

For water temp gauge, look for an adapter. Its the simplest way.

Find a cheap one on ebay, just make sure its the right size of your coolant hose. They come in handy.

That's a good/cheap idea. I may have to try that...

greddy makes a unaversal adapter now for oil pressure just like your old one it sits in between your filter and the block

Greddy is over priced though, I bought a cheap one on ebay and it works awesome. They are all the same material, and design...

So how do these work? Do the lines just hook up to the fittings and send to the mechanical gauges?

Just screw it on the filter housing, then screw your filter on..

The ports are all 1/8". Most gauges for oil pressure are 1/8" mechanical and electrical.

Here is a picture with an electrical oil sender mounted on the left, and the wire to be run to your gauge on the right. Depending on the sender yours could look like that.

Like I said, you can get a cheaper version for $45 shipped on eBay.
I bought mine from MaxSpeed, the guy is legit.
