Default Need help with my radar detector.

Hello, I currently own a Cobra 9560 Radar and have a curly power cable for it that came with it when I got it. I have searched all over the net for a straight power cable for it b/c I want to wire it directly so I dont have a cable running right down the middle like I currently do. I am a noob when it comes to wiring crap so if anyone does not mind helping me out with maybe a link to a power cable and a quick explination of how to wire it to my fuse box it would be much appriciated! Thanks. :D

I'll give you one hint on where the other fuse box is, check by your left knee. Behind the pocket you will find the second fuse box. On the back of the pocket is a fuse guide and the link below has what the fuses are also. I would recomend taping power from the radio, but it's your box you do what you want.

I actually used a fuse that is open in the fuse box by the knee. It's the one in the upper left corner. It's only powered when the ignition is turned on so it should work perfectly for your purpose.
