Here we Go, Detail for the Speedway event. (updated information will be posted here)

We will be meeting up at Texas Motor Speedway at 6:00-6:30
on Saturday May 13th. We will have a designated parking lot for everyone
to meet. I am sure people will be having there convoys coming together from all
areas. We will have a convoy leaving Sport City at 5:00 prompt

The "sack lunches" or for you StyleWagon members, and Cody "bagged lunches"
should be there by 6:15. Wait til you see his xB.

And for those who still donating ( Hopefully LOTS ) Jeff will be collecting the donations at the speedway. Make check payable to
Speedway Childrens Charities.

We have arranged with the Charity to have a volunteer
helping us fill out all release papers while we meet in the parking lot so we don't have to stop the line trying to get in . So lets go show them what the Scion community is all about.

Sounds cool! Its not gonna be over run by all you xB people is it? j/k I'll try to make this one....I hope it will be a large crowd! Not sure how many from the Denton area will be going...i see alot of scions around town...but not many on here from Denton. Unfortunitly to some of the people around this college town....its just transportation...so sad..so sad. See ya!

greetings to all-

jeff and charles are doing a wonderful job helping out with this event. they deserve much credit. we set an all time record in GST sales last month , therefore we have not been able to spend much time organizing. anyway, we are back in the saddle and ready for some speedway action. since jeff and charles have taking care of everyone on the east side of town with the sack lunches (or bagged lunches), Scion of Dallas will we be meeting at TBD burger location for complimentary burgers and drinks. we will update you guys later this week. thanks jeff and charles for your help and support.

 

Just for clarification,

Food is being providing at the speedway, for everyone (not just "the east side"???). There will be food delivered at 6:15 pm for us while we are signing our release statements in the staging parking lot prior to the event.

I am bringing my 76 year old Mom, she is excited but I had to promise not to turn us over...lol.
EastSide...TW is a EastSide Homey. Speaking of the East Side I have something in the works for an event where we will be on show for the public. A venue that the women should really enjoy and more non Scion owners(as spectators) than any other venue we have had will be there. Sport City will be involved...of course.
Keep watching for details.....Back to Speedway Cafe. The first time you do this it is the best and every time is a blast.

Looking forward to seeing your mom out with the crew on the speedway. Are you thinking of getting a picture done on the winners circle? we might just want to get a group and take a group shot???

don't know where the east side/ west side drama came from, but we are ready...

the event / public showing??? we are so in... lets chat soon.

and as the mighty PIMP said... the speedway is a blast.... and we are looking for everyone to show....

Looks like we are having a great turnout posting up both here and on the Scikotics website.

Be sure to be there at 6:00 pm to make sure you are with the group and get to sign your waiver and get your sponsored voucher into the track (provide you are within the first 80 Scions when we get there). All cars after the first 80 are still able to go in with us as well, but both Sport City and TOD will only be sponsoring the first 80. Remember there will also be some food brought to the track at 6:00 for us to have while we are signing our released......

oh... and bring something to drink. There are machines when you get inside the track area by the restrooms... but they are expensive.

See everyone there....

Till then keep the speeding to a minimum... don't want any tickets till we get on the track... then be sure to let it loose....

just wear it under your regular shirt and then you can take off your regular shirt and have your NOOB shirt underneathe...
