thanks alot guys, im in the middle of my finals this week, but i plan on doing a "how to" on all the lights in my tC after this week, just give me some time to get the pics taken, i want this write-up to be very helpful so i will spend alot of time on it. as for the leds in the reverse lights heres a pic they are just slipped in there with the stock reverse lights, so while im reversing it still lights up white but when im parked i can have the leds on, and as always the pictures dont do it justice it really does look amazing, alot better than i expected...without further ado heres the pics...
Edit: oh ya, and the glowing from my trunk you see is the amp all lit up, heres some pics for those of you who havent seen before...and no i didnt have a shop do this, it is all custom by me and only me, and also i am not a car audio master installer, that setup in the trunk cost me maybe 30 bucks if that, and took about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half of my time, and also i still have a spare tire in there...
looks hot. I wanted to do something similar, but wiring isnt exactly my specialty. did u hook up all them lights to a switch somewhere? if so, could i possibly see the switch? thanks. ur Car's bangin'.

well i would say if i had a good write up to follow i couldve done it in no time, the only part that took long was figuring out what i wanted to do, and yes they are connected to a switch and here are some pictures for you, i really like the switches i just picked them up from walmart (a supercenter btw) they dont have them in the regular walmarts i dont think, they only cost me like 3 bucks each anyways here ya go...thanks again...
hmmmm, i never thought about that, but on the back of the switch it shows where to hook up the ground, acc, and power...and if i flipped the switch around, the words would be upside down, so i think thats the way its supposed to go, not that it matters really i guess its just personal preference, thanks though.
PS. i still need recommendations on who to send my gauges to, thanks again!!!!

ya the leds in the reverse lights look great, i think they are my favorite right underneath the underlighting of course, plus it was extremely easy to do...and anything that is easy to do is a plus in my book...;)

it seems like u ahve a good amount of switches.. is it possible to run all those wires into just 1 switch?
paintball369
05-05-2006, 04:35 AM
of course its possible, but i dont like to drive with my reverse leds/door pockets on plus its illegal to have those reverse leds on while ur driving, so thats one switch, plus i wanted a seperate switch for my underlighting, then the other controls the footwells, cupholders, and air vents, so i like/need them
