Hey everyone!

I am putting together last minute details for a flyer for a couple events that Oakbrook Scion is hosting this month & would like your input! Also, we are just getting the approval to go ahead with a sponsorship for scionlife! I'm super excited to help out with the Scion community more.

Here's what is going on:
May 19, Friday, B96 is coming out to help us host a Scionfest...and they will be giving away free tickets to the summerbash. Also we will be having a PreRegistration for our carshow that will be that following Sunday.

May 21, Sunday we are hosting 1st Annual Oakbrook Scion CarShow. There will be free hot dogs, music, and other food available. Vendors will be there for aftermarket options. We will be judging cars & rewarding the winners with trophies and...what do you think...cash prizes or accessory prizes...or gift cards to cool places? This is where I need your input. Also....what would you like to see different at our carshow that you have noticed needs improvement at others? Any feedback is helpful. Lastly, registration is free!! But, I would like to set up a donation to a charity...I am thinking Make a Wish Foundation.

As soon as we complete our sponsorship, I will post a flyer.

Scion Evolution- I haven't had a chance to meet many of you or see your cars...I would like to personally invite all of you! Oakbrook Scion needs some crazy and cool scions shown...I know you can help me out!!

For input, im sure we can mention alot. But shows can only do so much. Anyways , i will be looking forward to this.

Also, is this the first scion show you've guys done ??

 

this is going to be a blast..just this month theres like 6-7 car shows already set...lets keep them comin..i'm definetely coming to this one on both days

a dj, models, giveaways (keychains,hats, beanies,), it all depends what your goal is...

also is this just a scion dealership or toyota as well? are you gonna have TOYOcars there?

also on the whole cash prize thing and cool places stuff...
everyone loves cash! but you want the business to stay so accesories would be good plus link up with other places online as well like FUJIZ.com he has all kinds of stuff! he should show up to your show as well!

 

oakbrook has a scion dealer? where? is it my the oakbrook mall? well iam like 10 mins aways from there..i will like too see some clowns.... clowns are cool....

 

your not right... ever since pennywise, anyway, Keep the ideas coming. This is their first event and if we can make it a hit they may just do them more often!

Thanks everyone for the imput! Yes, this is our first carshow! Like someone mentioned, we are 1/2 mile west of rt.83 and ogden...right before the lexus dealership.

It is a Scion Carshow...but feel free to bring out your Toyotas too...everyone is welcome!

ok .. SPACE ... and lots of it. Every dealer car show we go to they give us limited space, and without realizing they have to move 20 more parked cars on thier lot that they didnt expect us taking all their room away.
