to turn heads from everybody and have everybody agree that you have nice rims would be the black or gunmetal with polished liip, but for people to say you have nice rims on the forums and maybe the tuner community, bronze is the sickest. i wanna get bronze, but unfortunately my femal friend says it's hideous, so i'm prob going to go black with chrome lip which i also like

Gold or Bronze looks awesome on the SW and BSP! If you got the cash get the gold Work VSSx's or the Advan's.

this is a wierd question. what color looks right on your car is ENTIRELY subjective.

for example, i HATE white rims, but i've seen a black TC with white rims done right and i changed my mind.

im debating right now either to paint my rims i have now gold, completely gold(leave polish lip, but paint polished center)..and gettin a BBK

or, getting some ADVAN TCII... really not sure, but ill figure out what to do

It always makes me laugh when people weigh in on a subject like this by expressing their opinion as though its a mathematically precise scientific assessment of universal truths and metaphysical fact.

With that said, I have seen just about every variation pulled off well. I do, however, find that black w/ polished lip on a black car tends to work with ease; as does gunmetal on black. Other variations of rim colors are typically less likely to impress me, but that is far from a hard and fast rule.

been pricing the racing ver. 2s and the best price i've found is $495.00 each + tax. steep....
weight is an issue for me so i'm looking at these Volk CE28s. best price i've found for them is $425.00 ea.

maybe because there is more "surface area" painted gold on the advan v2s, so it's kinda "in your face" gold. but the v2s already draw attention no matter the color, certainly not a sleeper wheel. i'd love to see a photochop (or even better a blk tC with the wheels :P ).
