I have Tein Basic coilovers,OTG spacer shims,OTG 5mm shims rear,17x7 rims +42,and 205/45/17 tires. I'm going to have it all installed but need to know what people are lowering to. I want to get a good stance, keep a decent ride quality, and be able to align it. Thanks!

You can go pretty much as far as you want. Once you have it set, take it to a good alignment shop that knows how to deal with lowered cars. It isn't likely that you camber will be out of spec, but your toe may be. This is not difficult for them to correct.

Thanks! Someone told me the lower you go the more the toe gets out of spec. and can't be corrected unless you buy extra kits to help correct it. Is this true? I'm just planning on a 2"-2 1/4" drop. Thanks!

i have basics and they're crank'd down to teh lowest position... ride is still excellent... i'm on 17x7 gram lights with a +33 (something like that) offset... no rubbing problems...

so u should just crank them all the way down and snap some shots for us to see!
