Default W. MICHIGAN: Drive/Cruise -- SUNDAY, May 21 - 1pm

Ok...trying this again.
Sunday May 21, 5C10N DR1V3R and I are going to take a drive from Grand Rapids and cruise the beach road in Grand Haven, Michigan around 1:00 PM. The road to the beach is a nice 25 MPH stretch with excellent people and car watching. You can turn around in the state park at one end and a shopping plaza at the other. There are plenty of places to eat or grab a drink, too.
DR1V3R has a lowered TCM xB with tint and I have a BSP tC with tinted windows.
Just wanted to check interest and invite others out.
Hope to see ya out there! Flag one of us down!
We will be out there as long as it's not raining!
BTW, here is the address of Butch's Beach Burrito's on S. Harbor drive in case anybody wants to MAPQUEST the area.
Butch's Beach Burrito's
726 S Harbor Dr.
Grand Haven, MI 49417

I will be there! I will try to talk to the local Audio shop to see if they will be open and if they mind us meeting up there.

I will have to check my schedule as the day nears, but I think I would be interested as well. Lots of work in progress on the box right now though. >,<

Looks like intake on the way. Strut bar to install. Underbodies have to go on... Aftermarket head unit to install, along with my 2 kicker 10" L5s and my Orion 1200D amp.. Custom sub boxes to be built with amp rack. TONS of painting of interior trim to be BSP.

A few more tint overlays on headlights and possibly some brighter bulbs.

It never ends!

We'll see if I can make it out there. My work schedule is kind of weird sometimes... so I'll try and make it. Maybe I'll finally get a chance to meet up with some fellow Scion owners, eh?

Is this a Scion Owner only cruise? I have a couple buddies that wouldn't mind coming out for a drive with their rides. One is a Neon and the other is a damn good lookin 6th Gen Civic Si.

The purpose of this ride is truly to gain interest in Scion Evolution and to get a West Michign group rolling. I will talk to some guys in Detroit SE and see what they think.

At this point we do not have any sponsership from SE or any Toyota dealerships so I don't think it would be a problem.

I love all cars equaly.

Any thoughts Rick?

I agree. We mentioned before, if we didn't get enough Scion owners interested, it would still be cool to have a group of area enthusiasts, no matter what they drive.
By all means, have your friends come out, too....(may give the guy with the Neon a little grief, though )
