Has anyone ever used these before?? And what do you think???
I actually wanted to add these bad boys to my 96 xplorer but seeing as there are so many COP SUV's I decided not to beuz they might think I was trying to impersonate them. But anyways I really want to add these things to the tc but wondering if anyone has used them before and if it would be possible. Here is what I want
And the product can be found HERE
Thanks guys any and all help would be grateful, Cory

it's the whole setup. Strobes, wires, power supply everything. And as far as driving with them on I would not becuz I already have so many things I could get pulled over for no need to do that. I would use them at shows and in like parking lots becuz the PD should be fine with it as long as you are not driving with them on.

I'm installing mine in the front lights this saturday and the rears when they come back from tinting... they're good for shows, and I wouldn't even use them in a parking lot... (They can still get you for impersinating an officer there as well)
Good luck on finding a good place to put the controller....
I'm still not happy with the location I am planning on right now

I was planning on getting the controller in the center console that way it is completely hidden and so if someone gets in my car they can't be like " hey what does this do???" :flip the swtich and cause police to chase me: atleast if its in there they can't get to it becuz I lean on the arm rest, thats one of the main reason I got this over the box armrest

That's where it will be in mine... in the deap section... there are four switches to control it... three for pattern changes and one for on and off. my on/off switch will be where my other ones are... but the pattern switches I'll just have to mount in the console.
I would love to add these things to my car. I believe it would go good with my h tech lowering springs and 19" Konig Tuner II Chrome rims (check out wickwickitywak's profile he has the rims and they look awesome). It would also go with my whole setup... looks like stock but definately not.
As much as I can gather... you must drill a 1" hole in the lights you are installing so it would have to be drilled in the rear tail lights and headlights or turn signals which ever you chose. But if WeDriveScions is installing his this weekend I think I will wait and see how they turn out. I would love to do this and also the charger, and 19" tuner II, drop, and my audio install which features all Elemental Design's speakers and amps and HOPEFULLY everything will be hidden (to an extent)

I'm putting them in my city/parking light location for the front, since I don't use them anyways (have the demon eyes) and drilling the tails, since they will be tinted anyways and you won't even see in there.
That's MY SETUP... Stock to Shock... From the outside, you really wouldn't think my car has too much in it, but when the doors/hood/trunk open... it's far, far, far from...
Check my profile for my mods

Nice car man, I like th whole setup I personally am not a big fan of the lambo/vertical doors thing but to each his own. Love the car though. Did I read your profile correctly??? Your tc is NOT Forced Induction but you spray your car. Thats kool. I have actually been thinking about getting the supercharger too bad my tc is auto (would have had to wait 3 months extra to get it and that sucked) but oh well I love my car. But I have been thinking becuz the rims I want the Konig 19" Tuner II Chrome are like $2000 and the charger is about $3500 after everything and wondering if I should even get the charger. Or if I should get 18's with the charger to cut down on the cost of the rims and also cut down on the lose of power due to the larger rim size. Got lots of decisions to make. If the TRD charger gave alittle better performance I would have no problem shelling out the money.

I'm not a big fan of vertical doors either.... They're a pain... But they go with my look and what I have planned in the future.... Stock to Shock.... they add to shock for sure... most people at shows love them
I have a full and operational ZEX nitrous system... so that's a good little deal... I don't know what FI option I'm going toward yet... There's too many guinei pigs to watch for now... gimme a few months and I'll know what setups work the best.
I'm going to set up a better wheel solution for performance/track, but the 19's are great for shows and daily driving...
They're always something in the works for my car... Tails are at the tinter right now, hood modifications are in process, and strobes go in the front this friday and rear when I get the tails back. Other really unique modifications are on their way when the paychecks come in I hope... time to hack the car to pieces....

Hey WeDriveScions... let me know how the install goes this weekend, would love to see some pictures or them and would love to see the same thing on my car. I would also see about getting the strobes wired up so that when the car alarm goes off the strobes turn on that way EVERYONE will know someone is breaking in and not be like oh well no big deal I am pretty dang sure someone would tell me my car was going off then because of the strobes if not atleast the POLICE will be by soon.

Also picked up a new toy for the next big mod.... DEFI VSD Concept HUD. Pretty Pretty Pretty.

WDS... sounds like you will be having a fun wiring project for that one or do you already have most of the wires ran. Anyways I am sure your car will continue to look "shocking" when you are done.

Got the bulbs up in the city light locations and all wired up.... just need to mount the controller in the center console and power it up...
They look OEM... you can't tell.... SWEET.
I'll be working on getting them wired up over the weekend and will post a vid/link of it for you...
The VSD concept will take a little longer, but it's pretty straightforward.... power/ign/ground/speedo/tach wires....
Custom mounting it into the dash will be the tough part...but it's soooo beautiful.
