its nice, but its a b***h to take care of. it definately seems like more of an elegant color than some of the others.

the good thing is that thats not the only color thats sweet....

the bad thing is deciding which color is the best

i cant decide over black sand pearl or flint mica or super white or silver streak mica or indigo ink pearl or black cherry red :(

i have however decided that im not gonna get the azure pearl.

Zaino is just a polish and not a wax correct? so it will not really protect it. Or at least that's what i thought :P

Going to check out Zymol :?:

ditto on this one. first it was flint mica and black sand pearl... now its those 2 plus black cherry pearl and indigo ink.

eh, wrong. Its a protectant that lasts until you strip it off. WAY better than zymol, mothers, etc. (IMHO, and a lot of other netizens)

personally... i think the only car thats always gonna look clean even when it isnt is silver. flint may be the same story.... i dont know from experience on that one though

i want indigo cuz ive always wanted a blue car :p
after owning a white car.... no other color could possibly be as bad :p

My truck is Silver. I can go a *long* time between washes because it hides the dirt so well :) (unless its like mud or something).

About the only color I've seen that doesn't appeal to me is the Azure Blue.

Fully diggin' the Black Cherry Pearl, the Flint Mica and Indigo blue. Haven't seen a real pic of the Black yet, but as Confucius once said, "when in doubt, fu..." (oh, wait)

sorry...."when in doubt, go Black..."

Is it really that bad? Taking care of a dark colored car?

I have a black 2003 Civic EX coupe. I stopped washing it because every time I washed and detailed it, it got vandalized. Now that it has not been washed in like 5 months noone messes with it.

I completely agree. I was doubtful about the black cherry pearl (which I ordered months ago) UNTIL I saw these real pics! Now I'm so excited and pleased with my decision!

As for taking care of the color, I guess I'll just have to put more time into it. Because when it's clean, it's so damn sweet!

I just can't decide to go for one of the two spoilers or go spoiler-less??? Help me out, I don't know what to do!

so what do you want? super clean, clean or semi clean?

super clean, go spoiler-less
clean, go with the lip spoiler
semi clean, go with the other spoiler.

thats just me though, i perfer spoiler-less

Good lord. Ride quality must be terrible with that thing

It'll look alright until you drive it 10 miles, or it rains, or drive through a puddle, etc. Then it will look like a black car with dirt all over it.

Actually with the TRD/Waydo strut and spring set it handled quite well, I did however have to constantly scan the street for holes.

I am currently upgrading to HKS Hipermax WG coilovers with Hotchkis sway bars and Cusco frame brace. Hopefully I won't lose to much comfort with the upgrade

Not a fan of the xA or xB at all, but the features on the tC are unmatched on the market right now for the price. I'm currently still saving a little more for a down payment, but am getting ready to put a deposit down later this month after checking my credit (co-signer vs. no co-signer). I'm planning to get the Black Cherry color as well. If it holds up to Toyota's reliability, I'm going to be very happy after I get mine :D .
