Alright, just purchased a Thunder Cloud xb. I want to get some wheels and tires that fill or nearly fill the wheel well with not much well showing. But I dont want them to rub when turning etc. What sizes will help me do this? And help will be greatly appriciated! Joe

Joe,
What you want is a 7 or 8 wide wheel with a mid to low 20s offset. You can pick the diameter.

Will you be lowering this Xb???
Try tires that have a diameter of ~24.5 - 25". This would include 205/60/15, 205/55/16, 215/45/17, 215/40/18, and 215/35/19. If you lower, some of these may rub. I'm dropped on Teins (S-tech) and rub a little when turning on the 215/45/17s. Others I have heard have no problems. You should not have a problem if you drop only an inch (TRD or Tein H) because the 19" TRD tires are actually more than an inch larger than stock (215/35/19).

not planning on lowering the xb. Just want to fill the wells and not have any rubbing at all. What is the largest size that will not rub? 19x7?

maybe this 2 site will give you an idea.

without lowering it, you might have to get bigger size tire than recommended which will throw off your speedo/odo.

this is my wheel set up: 215/45/17 et 38, with s-tech drop of 1.7" front. no rubbing at all. notice how the spacing between the wheel and the fender arc is somehow even. the 1.7" drop somehow put the wheel on the center of the arc. if i've gone more bigger, i might have rubbing issue, and of course more speedo throw off(already 3.7% off)
thats the biggest size i can put.
if you don't drop, then theres still be +1.7" of gap(compare to the pic) measuring from the middle of the arc.
thats just my opinion,
