Does anyone know of a good place that I can buy and can install all my requests for a decent price? I have a Scion xA and live in Los Angeles County, California.

Requests:
1. Vinyl black hood
2. Rear Spoiler
3. Tinted Windows
4. Lower car by 2 inches

seems pretty ricey; why not just get a carbon fiber hood, its black plus it lightens your car :D

vinyl hood?...I thought ricer was a primered hood...or maybe an upholstered hood with leopard print (I've seen one...)
