Ok, well I got my xA finally last.... Saturday I believe. My Momo Quasars came in on Monday and I hauled them into Les Schwab to have them install them. I told them that I needed a 215/35/18 or SMALLER to prevent rubbage and they told me that they didn't have those in stock but they did have 215/40/18 in stock and they would be fine and that 'those new Sky-Ons have a ton of room in the wheel wells and that I didn't need to worry about it'.

So, I'm $950 under spent on Toyo tires on my beautiful rims and I rub. I rub all the time. Around simple corners I rub and my dad went a took a look tonight and he said I am breaking my mud-flaps from it and I am rubbing on the inside as well. We are hauling those wheels and tires back and making Les Schwab fix it in some way but any help would be appreciated. I would LIKE to be able to get the TRD lowering springs and have the wheels I like and not rub and I know that many others on here have done the same. What must I do? What size tire should I get too replace them?

Two options.

Go to a place that will use a special tool that clamps on your wheel hub to ROLL YOUR FENDERS so they won't rub anymore.

Stick by your guns like you should have done, and get the right tire size!!!

According to that link, there are two choices of offset in our bolt pattern:

Available in 4/100 38 Offset & 4/100 45 Offse

38 would be more likely to fit right than 45

Find your reciept or the box they came in and see if it shows the offset. If it doesn't, call them and find out which ones they sent you.

I'll bet you got the +45 offsets and that's your problem. That tire size isn't out of the norm.

Ok, I got the receipt and looked and it doesn't say. Say I did get +45 offsets... what now? I can't return them or exchange them. Will buying a smaller tire fix my problems? Should I go smaller than the 215/35/18? I know that you people are smarter than me and would have gotten the right wheel size from the start but if you were me what would you guys do in my situation?

Get yourself a pair of 10mm shims or spacer, you can contact scionvan for the shims, great quality and service, Sean

First, I'd call them and swear up and down you specified the 38 offsets and they sent the wrong ones. Be mature but forceful.

You may be able to add a spacer and counteract the high roffset, if that's the problem.

Looking at the fitment thread, it seems most peeps running higher than a 40 offset are using a spacer. I see people in there that are using your tire size and having no rubbing or only minor rubbing at full turn.

you need a 35-40 offset wheel or a spacer of at least 5mm. this will fix the problem.

Hey, thanks for the help everybody. I now have 'real' low profile tires and I am rub free! I'm going to put a 5 mm spacer on the front two wheels just to make sure I don't rub when I lower it. I'll post pics in the next couple of weeks. I'm getting it tinted this week but it's going to be a week or so before I get the money to lower it and at the moment it looks a bit weird. Too much wheel well. It' a work in progress and I'm really new at all of this.
