Saturday May 13, 2006 marked the T.O.R.C (Toyota Owners and Restorers Club) 11th Annual Toyotafest
Show in Long Beach, Southern California !!! This prestigious event was a great event to be a
part of and it was Scinergy's 2nd time out there to participate in this most memorable show!!!
On behalf of the folks here at Scinergy I would like to extend a warm thanks Nilo and Adrian from SE and Terry from TORC and all those responsible for the invitation to this most successful and memorable event:

Rodney...awesome pictures as usual...but best of all it was nice to see you and our good freinds from Scinergy SoCal.
It was great to see the other clubs as well that showed their support - Scion Images, Scion Xclusive, Sciontific and SoCal tC Club.
We are looking forward to next years event and of course the support of all Scion clubs and Scion owners are appreciated.
There were 84 Scions total and it was great.
I bumoed into folks from Scion Corporation, Lexus and Lexus Motorsports and they were amazed on the turn out of Scions.
We have been contemplating a similar event with emphasis on Scion but the cost factor was a bt too high several years ago.....but with the support of all the other clubs, dealers, Scion Regional offices and Scion HQ...I think we might be able to do something at this venue in the near future.
Congrats to all the winners - both car show and raffle.

Yes...there was quite a shortage...LOL
I guess compared to the SE Car Shows, Longo Triathlon etc..84 is a bit on the low side considering how many Scion owners show up on all Scion events...
Looking forward to next years Toyotafest.

Well ScionTific would have been there at full force but they limited us to only 5 cars, so its not that people didn't show up, its that they limited how many cars could actually show. BTW great pics Rodney and congrats to all the winners.

Guil..that was the only thing that sucked..originally it was 60 spots then we decided to allocate some spaces to other Scion clubs .... we were able to get 24 more spots but I am sure we could have brought more.
Next year we are looking into getting more space so we can get more Scion owners out there.
I myself pulled my car out of the show to give more space to other folks.
Glad to see you guys there.

Big Thanks to Adrian, SCION EVOLUTION, and Terry for inviting XCLUSIVE SCIONS, and rest of the clubs to this event. It was a great experience for us, as we all came together to enjoy the vehicle, scenery, food, and the wonderful people that I was able meet. Congrats to all the winners.

Props should go to Nilo and Paul for doing all the work. I started to do the groundwork in the beginning then had a scheduled business trip but decided to stay in town just in case our baby comes earlier than expected.
Big props to all the clubs that came out in full support.
I am certain that the invitation will be extended to the same clubs and more hopefully next year.
Thanks to TORC for bringing an awesome event once again.
Look out for future events we are involved with..COMING IN JUNE - TRACY RE-EVOLUTION MEET in Northern CA - POWERHOUSE EVENT IN JUNE, SE ANNUAL SCAVENGER HUNT and don't forget the LA Exposed Event at KNOTT'S SCARY FARM.
Big props to all the clubs that came out in full support.

A loha and thanks to all the Scion clubs and enthusiast that made it out to Autofest, it was great to see everyone there and big props to all the awesome cars you all brought. Like Adrian said sorry for the limited amount fo cars that were permitted, but we'll try our best next year to open up the catagory more. With the success of these events, we may be able to do a Scionfest in the near future, so pls be on the look out, looking forward to seeing you all again soon. With all the scions there I think maybe there were too many and we should have a Scionfest. The Scions almost outnumbered the rest of all the catagories combined. Thanks for getting us all in Nilo and Paul and Adrian!! Awesome time, next time tell us o put sunscreen on ok?

for missing ToyotaFest!!! stupid work. anyway, GREAT COVERAGE!! omg..an F20 (s2k motor) in a Celica! that's f'ing HARD! all the VIP CARS !! the AE86s are always lookin' sickkk! the Cressida wagon was gangstarr too!
i wonder if the guy who owns the Hot Lava xB w/ the black sportmax's rubs, cuz i really want those wheels it's just that im really worried about rubbing. nonetheless, AWESOME PICS!!
