I am a 6'4" football build 20 year old.. I have been looking at a dodge srt-4 for about a year now... now I find Toyota (my favorite brand) release an urban looking great on gas cruiser. I didnt like it at first, but I hopped in, and loved it, no more being cramped, or getting hair messed up because of clinging to the roof... :lol:

anyways I went to look at a TC now I am looking at the Toaster! :lol: do you guys think the Tc will have even close to as much room for the driver?

Main question *** does this car have passing power? I know one of you have a crx si, how quick is this compared to a crx?

also should I get manual or auto? I know how to drive both, I just read that the manual has some problems.

last question... is there air ride available for this car yet? I have had air on my avenger and if I bought a XB I would definatley put it on...

btw my current cars are:

1988 CRX si
1996 dodge avenger

To answer your question about headroom difference, there is a 8.5" :shock: difference between the xB and the tC. That is quite the difference. You can compare other specs @

I am not sure if you are asking about passing power for the xB or tC? The tC is about 500lbs more than the xB but has 160hp. Never driven it, there is not TRAC tC in NW Arkansas yet, so I cannot comment on passing power. Have driven the xB, and I like it, I have been driving a 96 Hyundai Elantra so anything is more powerful than that thing. My suggestion is to take a test drive and see for your self

As far as Auto or Manual, go with what you like. Eveyone is just going to tell you to get what ever they are driving with. Auto is just my thing.. Both can have their share of problems.

Lastly there is Air Ride available, but suspension is not my forte I know close to nothing about it :lol:

Let's see, the best time I pulled in my crx Si was a 16.1 bone stock with 272,000 miles. Then went with a juiced LS, but that's a different story. And I've seen people pulling 17.6 or something like that with the box. So with that said. I would say you have enough of passing power in the box. Cause there are times I've went to the track and seen Contours, Accords, Crown Vics etc. (kids running "mom and pops car") running 18's and up. So I would think it's safe to assume the box has the right power to weight ratio. But if your looking for a 13 second car, I would look somewhere else.

not looking for a fast car... that will just get me in trouble :lol: I just want to have adequte power to get out of trouble if I need to. as long as it isnt as slow as a geo metro, it should do just fine.
