I was looking into getting a CF hood for my FM, but I was told by several people that it will look terrible, like my paint was mismatched. I understood what they meant, but I've been sucked in once again... this time to the RS1 lip kit.

The kit is 700 shipped for me and that makes it 700 installed assuming it's not too tricky. But the real question is... will the CF enhance the look of the FM, or just clash terribly?


edit: oh, and as long as we're talking about what looks good on an FM, what do you guys think about gold 18" OZ Ultraleggeras?



Maybe a bit too brash? The only other color they come in 18x8 is bright silver, which everyone says looks too much like stock.

 

bro those rims will look nice with ur FM...see if u can get somethjing a little more darker though...liek a dark bronze rather than a light gold...and for the CF...bro itll look great...FM and CF blend very welll...thats my oppinion but hey i think itd look awsome...however id do little accents of CF everrywhere if i got the hood...

yeah like what kishan said. you need some things to accent the CF on the FM. i kno from far away esp on say an overcast day it will look like its a stock hood. but on a sunny summer say that sparkling FM will contrast that CF weave like no other. im waiting for somthing to happen to my stock hood to get started.
