Has anyone pick up the latest issue of Turbo magizine (aug 04) it has a feature on their project tC that they did for sema IAS, looks very nice , they did custom blue paint job, rims, disk brakes , polished custom headers which look awesome, turbonetics turbo and intake , intercooler and more.

what kind of numbers are they looking at with that set up?
i dont get magazines so i dunno :p

What are the specs on the turbo? How much power? What are they using for engine management?

they didnt give any numbers , dyno tuning on next issue ... that ill get sum figures , I would guess about 230hp+ :o

Although no specific data were posted... I think one of the Scion Corp ppl said that the turbo TC produces well over 200HP... around 210... or so.

Mmm, I hope my Black Cherry will look as good as that Indigo Ink.

If it's only around 210 HP, they must be running pretty moderate boost considering 1.8T VW engines produce maybe 230 HP at about 15 PSI.

now if that ain;t smog legal but dam thats a nice intercooler he has there!! :shock:
