ZPI crank pulley
you've gotta have torque to decrease it
... sorry, my other cars a GTP with a little over 300 ft/lbs of torque so when i drive the box through it is a lot of fun it is definitly lacking in the low end depatment... anyways, the lightweight pulley decreases the rotating mass, freeing up HP that would have otherwise been robbed trying to rotate the heavier pulley, it will give you better throttle respone and will make your motor "perkier", as far as the torque, i have never had an issue with torque loss, with the pullies i have installed on other cars my butt-o-meter noticed an increase in off the line performance because of the lighter rotating mass more power was goin to the wheels. definitly a worthwile mod, one of the best for the money.
GTP...isn't that a POS G6? I've driven a couple of those, not very fun.
But anyways, you won't gain too much power with a a pulley, but our boxes and eggs need all the help they can get.

no, its a Grand Prix GTP, 3.8l SC. its a monster off the line, but too big to toss around corners, so when i get back from iraq im gonna sell it and build somthing else, just don't know what yet, the list is varies from scion Tc to a 98 240 s15 conversion with an SR20. decisions decisions...

for the first week or two your MPG will be worse, the reason being, your gonna be having more fun with the increased response so your driving will be more spirited than usual
but after your driving habits return back to normal you should notice a slight increase in city MPG.
