yeah i got pulled over going about 50 in a 40...
it says:

"def. tried to get another vehicle to race him. by showing a exhibition of acceleration."


i think i got pulled over for my exhaust... i was in third gear. i just didn't shift. the other guy was going as fast as i was.. and he was right next to me the whole time... but then he got off the turn....

fine was 200
with all the other stuff.. it was 281....

i think i should fight it... any advice... i didn't really try to race him... :tap:
if i was... i would have been going alot faster than that.

that sucks dude... id say fight it if i thought the judge would give you a fair shot... but try it anyway

fight it...give the real numbers for a tC racing...as in get the speed, distance, and amount of time from the stop to where you were stopped and tell them what speed you really would have been if you were really racing.

Tell the judge that you where simply demonstrating the sound of your new exhaust to
a friend and hadn't shifted up yet. You where just being noisy. There is no law against
thinking about racing. They can't prove intent. If so, installing my supercharger proves
that I intend to race.

Fight that... that is def BS.

do cops have there video camera running all the time... if he does it might seem like i was trying... i dunno.. anyone know?

Exhibition of acceleration?????? You might want to see if that is a real law....
Without a quick take off, speed shifting or other "racing" actions, I don't see how that can stick. Besides, who does a race from a 3rd gear roll on?

Here, let's race from the worst torque rane in our motors....why not just start in 5th?
