Default Newbee needs to install a Code-Alarm on a '06 Xa.Please Help

Please help. I need a wiring diagram at the very least. I am pretty good at figuring things out myself, but it would be much easier if I had a little help from someone who has done it before. The alarm I am installing is the Code-Alarm CA670, So if anyone knows where I can find a wire diagram for the '06 Scion Xa I would really really really appreciate it. Thanks!

Can I give you some advice? Chuck the Code Alarm in the trash. Sorry to say, but you'll be doing it in a few weeks if you install it. Throw a few more down and get something by DEI. Viper, Python, Clifford, whatever. It's the only thing I'd put on my own car, and I've been installing for 6 years. Before Circuit City dropped Code Alarm, every other one was bad right out of the box.

Ok, well unfortunately I have already purchased the thing. I am happy to say that I did pay a considerabley less amount for it though. I guess I can just cross my fingers nad hope it is good out of the box, Do ya'll have any suggestions on where to find a wiring diagram for my 2006 Xa? If I had heard your advice prior to purchasing it I most certainly would have checked out the DEI, but to tell you the truth I had never heard of it. Thanks

you never hear about DEI as they are the parent company to Viper, Clifford, Python, Orion, West Coast Customs(the video and audio, not the place), A/D/S, PPI, WASP, Hornet, etc

ahh, well I checked out a few of their alarms and to me it seems like this is a better alarm. Although I am certain that most people know more about alarms than I do. Is it that most of them are bad out of the box or is it just a bad alarm all the way around? The alarm I got seems to have alot of good features. And I am still determined to try to install it myself so any....ANY help is greatly appreciated. Maybe in the form of a wire diagram....thanks
