aight people, these are my thoughts on the show that i thought i should share with the rest of yall. i already know theres nothing that can be done now about anything, so if you like to ***** threads, leave this one alone.

one thing that i'm going to say right now is about the judging for the show. there were alot of clean looking cars out there and some were like wtf happened here. all i have to say is that my car was only judged twice. i still had 3 judging sheets left in my car before everyone went on the 610 cruise. actually there were a few cars that didnt get judged the full 5 times. i dunno if someone was being biased or just maybe happened to look over my car and those others. but thats something that needs to be improved for the next show. MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS JUDGED, just so whoever wins, won fairly. if alot of people werent judged, then whoever won, didnt win fairly.

that's all im gonna share right now, but please post up with your comments on the show.

IMO, the judging was not biased. Your car was not the only one missed by some of the judges. Rafa's was missed too. I think it was just because they were inside though. There were next to no cars inside and the judges were extremely busy outside that, honestly, I don't think they even had the opportunity to go inside.

All in all, I think the show was fun. Had a good time, and the Margarita machine for the VIP's/Sponsors was yummy

its not on there yet. and i checked an hour ago.

 

my car was inside. but even with that. when they were going through the sheets and see that oh this car only has 2 out of 5 sheets. someone should of made the effort to get those judges to judges the cars they missed. and if they were BUSY, they should of started judging eariler, or get it done faster.

 

Not all of the cars were there.

If I were you, I'd be more appreciative of the show. It was free to enter, and you got a free t-shirt out of it.

Plus, it sounds like a couple of judges did make it to your car, do you think the others would have made up for it?


If you saw your car, and some of the colored papers were there, I would've at least attempt to find the judges, or any other staff member, to let them know.

what do you mean not all of the cars were there? either your there or not. i dont think they had a list of people who signed up for the show and were waiting for them.

and i NEVER said i wasnt appreciative, i'm just giving my thoughts hoping next year will be better.

and it wasnt a couple of judges, it was 3! if i knew who the other judges were, i would of found them. but i didnt know, but i did let a person know who was counting up the scores about those 3 sheets left, and he said he would take care of it when the other judges got back from the cruise. i waited and waited, nothing was done, and i got tired of waiting. and that's when i took my car out. plus, im not gonna keep on arguing with you about this since you had nothing to do with setting the show up or anything like that.

 

These are the kind of threads that keep the drama going.

 

Unfortunately it's true. THis thread was made because this guy just creates drama.

And I didn't have any part in this? Oh really, hmm, I must've been mistaken when I started setting up at 7am, and assisted all throughout the show.

 

yall are funny! and you just wrote the same thing in the all the threads that had something to do with the expo.

 

Okay, I'm not a hater

I went to the show, saw some great cars, met some good peeps, but the arena and the music were a mistake, there wasn't enough going on in the arena, the cruise took a really long time, although that was my favorite part and I did not stay after the cruise, I guess I expected more and its my fault for getting my hopes up, BUT all that being said, A big thanks toall those involved for putting the effort into it, YES it was free and I really appreciate it.

I loved the way the cops stopped all that traffic for us!

 

I wrote the same thing in one other thread because it is the truth. And there are quite a few more threads about Expo than just two. Take the drama back to your own site.

 

a lil offensive? well i got my point across, i'm done posting on this thread.

but like every show, there's always need for improvement, so hopefully next year things will be different. but i give props to all the people who organized the show, especially to all the sponsors.

 

The show was fun! I had a blast.... too bad people are already complaining....

I guess the judging was as fair as the fred haas show... wouldnt ya think.... remember what was said about that show............... you cant win them all.....
