Default Foglights: OEM Aftermarket, or Toyota/Scion?

I'm looking into getting some fogs for my tC. Some of the aftermarket "OEM" style fogs look ok, but are cheap enough to make me worry. Plus, I've noticed some of them come with a fiberglass grill, instead of molded plasic like Scion's.

So, my question is, who's had experience with both or either one?

Would I be better off stapping a couple D-Cell MagLights to the bottom of my car than buying aftermarket OEM style fogs?

On a related note,
I was at the Dealership today asking about the OEM fogs. Service told me the price was 350.00 installed, labor and everything including. Parts told me 375.00, service and labor extra. I know this is a load of crap, but I didn't feel like dealing with it today. Let me know if they're worth installing myself for 200, or if I'm better off just paying the 350.00.
