That link shows one for the xB but I dont know if its the kind your looking for. This one is rather large, but really cool.
As for manual transmissions, I dont know about those, I have an automatic.

Most people I know who drive sticks love them...
When I drive, I like to relax and listen to music, look around, etc...
I know how to drive a manual, but I never really got used to it....so auto it is.

I ordered a sunroof with my box but its not a toyota installed option... the dealership basically contracts it out to a company who will install the sunroof after the box is delivered... at least thats how its gonna work with mine.

who cares about the whole RPM issue? People make the biggest deal about it. The bottom line is th manual still gets better gas mileage! Mabey im missing something- But the 1.5L loves the revs. My stepsister's 00' Celica GTS cruises at like 3500 rpm. My sisters old Corrola GTS cruises at like 4200 RPM. I would make a big deal about it if the engine was really loud, but its not. I can hardly hear the engine with the radio off and no a/c. With them on i cant hear it at all.... Go with the manual man- It will save you 900 bucks and make the car twice as fun to drive. When i test drove an auto it felt as if i was driving a real ice cream van!!!

i never owned an automatic transmission vehicle. the only time i hate the stick is when you are stuck in traffic. i test drove an auto but bought a stick. the auto is peppy, which surprised me, but i like that i control the car not the other way around.

did you read that the manuals get better MPG?
did you read that manuuals do not suffer power drivetrain losses like the autos do?
anyway, get the stick. if you screw it up, you have a warranty to cover it.

With our cars horsepower it really doesn't matter if you get stick or auto. I drove stick for 9 years and this is the first car I got that's an auto. Driving stick is fine, if your just learning it will take you about 1-2 months to get used to it to the point that you don't even pay attention anymore. The only reason I decided to get an auto this time is because I drive to downtown LA everyday and traffic is a pain in the butt. Also my mom and GF likes to use my car and mess up the clutch. It's all personal prefrence. I read somewhere that 2nd gear on stick get's stuck sometimes and starting off in the auto is a little slow, but that's about it.
Side note: Had to slam on my breaks yesterday for the first time in my xB and I slamed my left foot down on the foot rest and tried to downshift. Felt pretty stupid afterwards, but not as stupid as looking for the clutch when I try to start the car.

I've been seeing sunroofs on some scions, where can I get one? I didnt notice it on the scion website.
Should I be worried about the manual trannys? This will be my first manual car and I dont want it to disappoint me.
Now I just got to find a place where I could trade in.......
Sunroofs are installed by companies the dealership contracts out. There are done off-site, and may require you to be under contract before they'll have it installed. Mine was done in San Diego by a company called APC.
The 5-speed will not dissapoint you. It is a good feeling stick and clutch. The only negative thing is that shifting from 1-2nd can be difficult, and you can read about that in other threads...
The gas mileage is the same with both trannies, but the AT is an extra $900 that you save by getting a 5-speed. The xB is not terribly fast, so you will not notice a large difference in speed either way, but a MT gives you more control of the gears and is more fun to drive IMO.
