Default HKS Hi Power axel back or HKS Hi Power custom?

I've been debating on whether or not I should get an Axelback or make it custom (HKS Hi Power universal muffer 96mm/60mm inlet with custom 2.5" piping)

My budget is $350.

And, I also realize i'm sacrificing something in both ways.

The axel back is mandrel bent.. but then again, I wouldn't have enough for the mid pipe.

The custom won't be mandrel bent (obvious since it's a lot of money to do this) but will have custom 2.5" piping (catback).

Suggestions?

from what i have been told mandral bent will not really make a huge difference on a daily driver, but in reality it looks nicer..........

yeah i know, im just a daily driver.. but on some weekends i go to the local strip and race with locals. it's funny how there aren't any scion's there.. mostly all integ's/civics/240's.

so should i just custom it?

get the axle back and save up a little more to get a custom catback with hi flow cats and a resonator.

I have a universal titanium HKS Hi power exhaust..i got it custom bent to the way it is stock but 2.5inch piping...plus, becuase of the lack of room, u need to have that "JDM" tilt to you muffler...which if not done correctly can seriously burn your bumper...Overall the exhaust looks amazing!

I would say do the custom catback, on a 160 hp car crush bent ver. mandrel isnt going to make that much difference. Besides there isnt that many bends anyways.

nah man it sounds really deep i was suprised...when u first get it goin tho like in the morning and u get over like 4,000 rmps it gets raspy until u worm it up but after that it sounds really good...(its also allitle raspy on cold mornings when starting it up.) if i had to go back i wouldnt change anything plus with the custom piping and universal hks muffler overall i got it alot cheaper than just the axle back alone.

When you got your custom pipe done, did you get any resonators put in?
