hi i recently ordered a bazooka bta10200 from an ebay store called "the deep discount." its a powered 10 inch tube with a 200 watt rms mosfet amp.
i got it next day. had a friend help install it. took about 3 hours to get to the moment of truth. it didnt work so we spent another 3 hours troubleshooting. speaker connections seem fine, power connections seem fine. couple days later i decided to do a little test.
my friend has a bta10200 in his tC too, so i tried swapping. he put his in my car with my connections and it didnt work. i put mine in his car with his connections and it didnt work. logically this means theres something wrong with my connections, and on top of that, the sub is defective, right?
P.S. does anybody know if this bolt is an accepted grounding point:
when you open the trunk behind the middle seat you pull the black flap down and it's the first bolt you see, sort of gold in color.
