Me either all they had was the build up in 21 days for the
IAS show....

With a t4/t3 hybrid they should easily get in the 275-300hp range in the end.....

Can you say BEAST????

and damn near 13 second passes

With out doing internals thoes numbers on that small engine are far fetched. I dont see the car getting more then 225 WHEEL hp. That would be about 260 to the fly. Stock internals probably wont hold more that about 8-10psi with out the risk if running damage.
Stage I RSX-S turbo with 7lbs gets about 275 to the wheels ... and thats a 2.0 engine with about 200 fly wheel power stock

Well your right but u know they are a Magazine!!!! and I meant engine Hp not wheel
hp that engibe is not a new one so they can easily make and fab up stuff for it....

Did u even see the exhaust manifold they made 4 it???

They have the power and money to do anything they want!!!

It's funny that you say that.. because the tC motor is i think @ a 9:6:1 comp ratio..
remember honda motors are 10:5:1 sometime in the 11s.

so the tC can handle some boost.

Also remember... it's all about fuel tuning. :D

I saw the manidfold and read the article. Its all done using Turbonetics components. When they dyno and do all the test no-one talks about fly wheel power ... its all about wheel power. Even thoe the stock engine is 9.6:1 the STOCK internals wont be able to handle more then 8-10lbs SAFELY. You can tune the car all you want ... that is not gonna get you more boost. Tunning just makes the car run right. Just beacuse you tune the car to 15lbs of boost that dosen't mean you can run the car all day and all night with 15lbs and get away with it. Im sure you can run that set up at 12-15lbs but for how long ... a week and then the motor blows. I have seen it happen. People go above the safe zone and then BOOM no more motor.
