Maybe somewhere with a more visable spot? Behind Denny's is a little hard to find if you don't know where it's at. Last time we saw many scions driving by.

Being in the open more people might see that somethings going on.

I hope you guys in Canyon Country are safe from those fires. I've been watchin the news recently, and the other day I heard the 14 freeway was closed due to the fires. I don't know if its still closed or not, but that's how I go to the meet. So I don't really know If I can go, I want to go so If the freeway is open lemme know.

The fires are in Acton now so everything is clear and the ash is gone. So it will be a great night for a get together.

I was going to let this Thursday go by but decided that we need something before Saturday night's Autospa Car Show. Sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner but I was too busy taking money from State Line. It's the first time someone else besides my wife drove the Xb (one valet was even rocking out as he drove up in it). But anyway, I wanted to move the meet to a more visable spot in hopes that we might pick up some wondering Scions in public view. There's plenty of lot and the lights are on sooner. It's in the parking lot of Staples in the Canyon Country Plaza. There's also the only Food for Less in the entire valley located there and Blockbuster.

5 North to 14 North (about 5 to 7 mi)

I'll trade you a set of IV ACE decals for the side glass for the pads and the air filter is free because a new sponsor I have from Service Center Supply gave me them. On the Subaru, the labor alone is 12 hours and the heads can be done in the car, it's just tight. Once the intake is off. it doesn't look so bad (but it is). I can't do that kind of work at my house because I don't have a garage but I can get you whatever info you need if someone wants to do it on the side. And I can get the heads checked at a good price.

Yes, Valencia is the best way to go because it turns into Soledad. You would of turned onto Valencia anyway from Magic Mountain Parkway. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner cause I'm packing up to move about a 100 yards away. Bigger yard and all. See you there.

If you're coming south on the 5 from the 126 the Valencia Blvd exit is best. Head east. You'll go past McBean Parkway, San Fernado Road, Saugus Speedway (RIP), wind around a bit, go over a bridge, and finally get to Whites Canyon Road. Go through the Whites Canyon intersection and make a right into the parking lot right next to the Blockbuster Video. We meet behind Blockbuster, in front of Staples.

The Sunday meet has virtually the same instructions, just keep going on Soledad for a few blocks and you'll see Route 66 on your right. 9:00AM for that one.

Today I did more lighting. Now I have monitor lights inside the car for the switches I turn on outside the car. I also put in the purple LEDs in the cup holders with switches for them too.
And this is only phase 2 of who knows how many........ How is it that a car can be so damn fun to play with, and still be legal????

It's good that the pics are so small. I run on a snail modem. Sometimes I think that it would be faster to mail letters to the servers and wait for a hard copy and surf those. :)

Sorry to hear about your illness.

In defense of Route 66, I eat there all the time and have never had any reason to worry about the food. The place is spotless and they always have an "A" rating from the health department.

A ratings are not good to eat..i like some B's but i mostly eat at C rated places...just tast soooo much better..lol

The fruit cup is served with every breakfast. A lot of folks ate it with no ill effects. If there had been a problem with the fruit there would have been a lot of illness.

I'd be more suspicious of the eggs, as they are served separately so there is the possibility of one bad one sneaking in. That could happen at any restaurant.
