Let me know what you think and what would be best for performance and how much i can lower the box on them.
Does anyone know how to add pictures on the forums..Thanks

I like those wheels, but most people on this forum don't like chrome, so you will probably get lots of NO's. The one thing about chrome wheels is that they are heavy, so they will affect the performance a little. if you go with 18's you can pretty much do any drop without any issues. I have 18's and a 2" drop with no problems.

Thanks. So what would you suggest as far as performance and looks i want to get my box fast and i would like the sound to be minimal. Also i want a rim with a deep lip....
I edited your post to show the links and pics.
And I am not a big fan of either.

Eh, Axis Decades are all over the place. The chrome are ok but Dwestxb said they will be heavy and effect performance, not to mention the fact that they are 18's hindering performance a bit also. You shouldn't have any probs with a 2" drop, most peeps around here are running that low or lower. But it's your ride you should do what expresses your style, not what someone's opinion dictates. best of luck!

For performance, you need to go lightweight. 15s are the best for that, but there's not many good looking 15s, and most people don't like the looks of a small wheel. 16s aren't that popular or plentiful either, but do some searching.
Lightweight 17s can be found, and there are tons to choose from. I wouldn't go bigger than 17x7 with 215/40-17 or 215/45-17 tires.
Many wheel websites don't list the weight of the wheels. If they don't, then they are probably heavy. TireRack deals with lots of racers, so they list the weights on many of their wheels.

Axis Decades are the new Konig Unknowns. By the end of summer, everyone will have them and you will be able to by a used set for 400 bucks.
I do not like them very much but its your car, put whatever you like on it.

i dont know but the price tag on one rim going from 330 to 400 for a whole set, i think you would be stupid to sell them for that much. Its like buying a benz for 40k and selling it 4 months later for 15k.
