I want my xa dropped but no more than 2 inch. I have the 15in rims from the factory also. koreanscionxa1 06-14-2006, 11:22 PM Anyone? I need some input guys, please help me! Also, are the TRD shocks, struts, coilovers and strut bars worth it? jorez 06-14-2006, 11:23 PM just gets springs, then wheels. TRD lower about an inch Tien about 1.5 tanabe 2 plus just depends on how low you wanna go TRD stuff not worth it..at least from the dealer, you can get it cheaper online check out TRDSPARKS.com for prices JSosa 06-16-2006, 09:20 PM Get Tein's, monroes (if you dont plan on racing) and wheels, the look will be SO SO SO much better. I just dont beleive in dropping without shocking, but then again thats just me, if your going to dismantle the front struts might as well put something better. INTENSE_POWER 06-16-2006, 11:03 PM we got a set of xA tein S-tech in stock if your interested. imho it is one of the best overall springs you can get for any scion. A nice compromise of drop and comfort for a nice sporty look http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=1638146  Intensepower BeQuietAndDrive 06-17-2006, 04:26 AM What are you looking for in terms of suspension? Comfort, looks, performance? I'm running Eibach Pro-Kit Springs with Koni Yellow's. I love the shocks. I wish the springs dropped a bit lower. I also wish the spring rates were higher. I overall like this setup. Koni's are a bit pricy but well worth it. I don't know if I'd suggest them if you are looking for all out comfort, although they can be adjusted to be quite soft. JSosa 06-17-2006, 03:09 PM the koni's are pricey (i run with them) and i little on the rough side. Once again if your looking to just cruise in style then go with a basic setup and dont spend money where you dont have to. scionxabe 06-17-2006, 11:00 PM so, has anyone tried the Megan Racing springs? Im not too knowledgable on lowering, so i need to know what the stiffness and pound ratio means. it looks like megan springs have a high lbs ratio. is that good or bad? What are the best springs for the xa in all of your opinions? Im lookin for a good drop and a quality spring. any advice helps. INTENSE_POWER 06-19-2006, 08:54 PM As mention above the tein S-tech is great overall springs. and that's what they sepcialize in is suspension. |
