I need to know how to lower the sensor that is attached to the stock air system. I don't know which sensor it is, maybe MAF, but i dunno. I got it a little bit lower so that it doesn't hit my dc strut tie bar, but I need it lower b/c if it ever shifts, it still hits the bar.
Any ideas on how to lower it? I need some details b/c I have no info!

but i cant even get it loose! I even stripped the screw on the outside trying to get it off which never happened. This freakin thing is unbelievably annoying

hmmm.. my only other suggestion is to buy some foam to stick in between. most people have done that.

This is what I did, I was able to shift the air tube a bit such that the sensors are lower (pic follows). Is there anything wrong with what I did? Is it a wise thing what I did?
