Axis has a limited amount of se7en mods wheels in glossy black, also check out ADR Mach 8, & Nakayama wheels

The easiest way would be to pick out a style of wheel that you like and have them powder-coated the color you want.

lets start off by setting a budget,
what price range(minus tires) do u wanna pay
for rims by themselves?
these are a nice choice(in gloss black)
and they offer it for scion bolt patterns/offset

axis reverb looks awesome but they will be played out FAST..
they're a good looking rim, so eveyrone will want them.. but they are a good
choice and should be at your 800 dollar price.
