Scion (or a polling company hired by Scion) just called me and did a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

I searched ScionLife and could not find other owners commenting on this phone survey.

Did all you xB owners get this call?

 

Not yet...and I hope I dont...I will just hang up...there stupid and a waste of time

 

yeah, i got mine last week, took abotu 5 minutes or so *shrug*
i didnt mind, i was drivin home in traffic

 

I got mine about a month after my purchase. My wife answered the questions cause i was out in the xB cruisin...

 

I got my questionnaire via email linked to a site and accidentally answered wrong on the first question and it would not allow me to complete the questionnaires. I tried emailing Scion Corp back with no response to 'reset' my questionnaire form.

 

I hung up on them. I don't have time for that nonsense .

 

I got one about a month after I picked up my car... had nothing better to do so I didn't hang up.. well when they got to the "were the prices posted in all the locations ... I told him I don't know .. did everything over the phone .... the guy said ... oh thank you for your time and hung up ... talk about weird... being hung up on by a telemarketer

 

No call here. I've had my box about five months now, so hopefully they forgot me!

 

it might be a waste of time for you, but not for scion. the reason they do it is so they know what is working well and what isn't. it is also a report card for the dealership and the salesperson. scion wants to make this process as easy as possible for furture customers (learn from mistakes). if its five minutes its five minutes. it is actually a pretty simple survey. they just want to make sure everything went ok.

 

i got mine a month after getting it, wasn't too bad, so i answered it.

 

I answered mine and told them that my salesman did a great job, although he was kinda funny looking (I sold it to myself, in case nobody picks up on it).

I also got the one in the mail with the $1 for my time! Did anyone else get that one? Made me feel guilty since they sent me a dollar so I had to fill it out and send it in

 

I got three freakin phone call asking about this survey thing about my xB
First, it's from the dealership where I buy the car, and then I got another call from the Main Toyota, and the last one is from the ...... I forgot.

one of the caller is being rude and being an ___.
those surveys took a while.

 

HEY, Thats soo funny, because I got a phone call from Scion as well " on a scale of 1-5..."- I heard that about ten times!! HEY, dont we get a $50 gift cert. if we financed through TFS?

 

I got that call on Thursday. I was glad to answer their questions.

 

Nice attitude. That'll make Scion feel like the effort to clean up car sales was worth it.
