Default Just got my solobaric :)

Just got my 12" Kicker Solobaric with a 1200w Rockford Fosgate amp, its way overkill but I got a good deal on it all, let me know what you think!

i notice a lot of people only get one of these instead of 2, which too me seems like the norm. Would you say one solo baric hits as hard as maybe 2 kicker comvr 12 inch subs?

I would say so... I don't know many people that say oh... i could use another solobaric in my car... they handle 600w -750w RMS with the double stacked magnet so its plenty of even bass heads

yeah solo baric subs hit really hard. if you get on kickers web site it explains why they hit so much harder than a round sub. its mostly because you have more cone space therefore moving more air.

alot of people say that one say 10" solo baric will put out about the same amount of bass as two round 10" subs. i guess that has a lot of different variables in it though to be able to prove that.

i myself just ordered one 8" L7 solo baric for my car. i can't wait for it to get here so i can put it in my car. that is all i need for the type of music i listen to most of the time.

i really wanted to get the sound output of 2 subs with 1 sub (less weight, more space)
