It's usually a big PITA to actually get it fixed. There are some places that you could apparently mail them to (so I've heard), but you could also call around your area. Otherwise, might be best to just grab a replacement from eBay or the Classifieds or something. There are always people selling their OEM wheels.
Someone on here had a website that tells you how to fix the curb rash, but it was a PITA. I would just as soon buy a take off rim from sparks.

what about using a mother's polish on the rims, then buffing it out, a few times(for the little stratches)and covering with a little layer of wax
